Hitchcock Family Medicine is a direct primary care (DPC) practice in Chattanooga, TN, that operates on a monthly membership fee and does not take insurance. Each month, you pay a membership fee directly to Hitchcock Family Medicine. Primary care services provided in our office are included in the membership.
Cost:
- Birth to 2 years - $99 per month
- 3-17 years - $69 per month
- 18 + years - $99 per month
- Child enrolled with the same physician as a parent - $39 per month
